Purchaser of Lilac Flowers agrees that all sales are final. There are no refunds or returns. Since flowers are perishable, any issues must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged flowers or items made during transport can be replaced. If the issue cannot be resolved, purchaser will receive an in-store credit.
